What this NPD-pattern screen covers

Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is a clinical diagnosis defined in manuals such as the DSM-5. Formal diagnosis requires a qualified clinician, a lasting pattern across contexts, and careful differential assessment.

This site offers a short educational questionnaire inspired by those themes so you can reflect on grandiosity, need for admiration, entitlement, interpersonal style, empathy, and vulnerable reactivity. It is not the DSM interview and cannot diagnose NPD.
